Ethos Motorsports proudly sponsors Austin Phipps for the 2014 season and his 1986 E30 325es Drifter. The car features a spaceframed front end with bespoke suspension arms, a rebuilt E36 steering rack with Dungeon Motorsports adaptors and bespoke rack spacers, BC Racing 32 way coilovers, 21mm front/16mm rear ARB's, Ireland Engineering adjustable ARB mounts, Turner Motorsports delrin FCAB's and diff mount, Turner Motorsports solid rear subframe mounts, an AKG rear camber/toe kit, Ksport hydraulic handbrake, welded 4.10 diff and is running a fully rebuilt and blueprinted M20B27 with ARP head studs and rod bolts, Condor Speed Shop solid motor/transmission mounts, a Dan Pinder stainless steel long tube headers, a gasket matched 885 cylinder head with dual valve springs, an aftermarket oil cooler and remote filter kit, Bosch EV6 19lb/hr (~200cc/min) fuel injectors and a Walbro 255LPH fuel pump, an M20B23 lightweight flywheel with stage 3 sprung 6 puck clutch and retrofitted post facelift Bosch Motronic 1.3 ECU with custom harness utilising a Moates Ostrich 2.0 eprom emulator running Ethos Motorsports software. For the upcoming season the car will be running a BMW M60B40 4.0 V8 on the OEM Motronic 3.3 ECU with Ethos Motorsports software.
